• The conclusion is where you link everything back to your stated problem
  • Both types of reports have similar conclusions. however, if you have used hypotheses you need to state if the hypotheses have been achieved.
  • For most reports the conclusion is two or three paragraphs, for example:
    • Paragraph One – Confirm The Research
      • State if the primary and secondary research supports the proposed solution
      • Indicate any major weaknesses in the research in relation to the stated problem
    • Paragraph Two – Confirm The Solution
      • Indicate the strengths and weaknesses of the solution in overcoming the stated problem
    • Paragraph Three – Confirm The Aim
      • Indicate if the aim has been achieved and to what extent
